Brightside Wooden Boat Services is located in beautiful Belgrade Lakes, Maine. We exist to provide the wooden boat enthusiast with the services and boats to ensure effortless enjoyment.
New for 2009: Antique and classic boat rentals. We are offering daily, weekend, and weekly rentals of our two newly restored classics. A 1939 Chris Craft 17' Deluxe utility and a 1947 16' Garwood Ensign will be available for delivery throughout the Belgrade Lakes region. Providing the joy of use without the responsibility of ownership. Please call for rates and reservations.
From round bilge to hard chine we offer restoration services for all types of construction. Specializing in mahogany speedboats we utilize the 3M5200 approach to bottom replacement. Only the highest-quality products are used at Brightside Wooden Boat Services to ensure a safe and beautiful craft.
Brightside Wooden Boat Services also offers annual storage/maintenance contracts. From haulout and cleaning to winterization and storage. We offer year-round services.
Brightside employs a crew of 4, capable of woodworking, paint, varnish and electrical work, with one member also attending a marine trades school to obtain his ABYC certifications. Water and wooden boat lovers all, Brightside's crew truly makes your wooden boat experience effortless.
