LOW PRESSURE OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST WILL MOVE NORTHEAST OFFSHORE OF CAPE COD ON MONDAY AND THEN INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES MONDAY NIGHT. GUSTY WINDS ARE EXPECTED BY MIDDAY MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. A GENERAL AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE WATERS TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. NW WINDS AND HIGH PRESSURE BUILD IN FOR FRIDAY.
