Synergy Massage & Bodywork

Synergy Massage and Bodywork specializes in massage therapy, with an emphasis on health and wellness, stress reduction, chronic pain management and structural and postural support. Synergy offers both Eastern and Western styles of bodywork in order to suit each individual client's needs. Synergy's goal is to educate their community about the benefits of adding bodywork and allied therapies to effectively complement a self-care regimen. An individual with chronic pain and physical restrictions cannot achieve his or her full potential in whatever profession or service they are in.

Owners Hanna DeHoff and Kristy Beverage have recruited a wide array of skilled practitioners in a variety of complementary modalities. Synergy Massage and Bodywork is located just off of Main Street in downtown Rockland with convenient parking and a ground-level location. This newly renovated space offers three quiet treatment rooms, shower facilities, and a peaceful waiting area. Synergy's goal is to be a respite from the chaos of the outside world, a small oasis in downtown Rockland, Maine.
